Fossa PRIMEOUT is a modern all-purpose oil-based & solvent-borne primer, sealer and stain blocker for both interior & exterior use.

- Compatible with most solvent-borne paints.
- Resists cracking and peeling.
Overcoat with virtually all solvent-borne decorative paints. (Can be overcoated with water-borne paints, but you must allow sufficient curing time for all solvents to evaporate, before overcoating).
It offers excellent adhesion and stain blocking on most new and previously painted, prepared surfaces, where it remains extensible and resists cracking and peeling.
Preparation: Surfaces should be properly prepared, clean, dry and free of dust, dirt, grease, or anything else which will interfere with the adhesion of the coatings to be applied. Remove any loose or defective paint. PRIME OUT is not recommended for priming bare galvanised metal, brick, new fibreglass/GRP. Varnished surfaces should first be lightly abraded to provide a key.
Application: Stir well before use, suitable for application by brush or airless spray. Apply evenly and avoid over spreading. Touch dry: 1 hour*. Minimum Overcoat: 2 hours*. *at 20 deg.C. Theoretical coverage: 10 square meters per litre/per coat. Coverage will be reduced depending on the profile and porosity of the substrate.
After use: Replace lid firmly, and store upright, secure during transit. Clean equipment immediately after use with White Spirits. Dispose of responsibly. Do not empty into drains or water courses.
