Junckers BasePrime is a single pack, extremely quick drying solvent-borne clear primer for internal timber floors (dries in approximately 15 minutes). Must be overcoated with either Junckers High Performance Commercial, Junckers High Performance Sport, or Junckers Strong. Generally used as a drop-in replacement for Junckers Prelak, where water-based primers cannot be used due to poor adhesion (i.e. on oily hardwoods such as teak and afromosia). Junckers BasePrime gives light coloured hardwoods a light-golden appearance. Apply 1-2 coats.
Coverage 10 square meters per litre. Drying times: Dry enough to walk on after approximately 15 minutes (at 20°C and 50% Relative Humidity). Apply using 100% Pure Wool Short haired roller, or brush.
