Filled with Monarch's proprietory 'Advanced' tapered filament blend, and hand finished with a soft chisel tip for an excellent finish. The thin stock is ideal for more precise cutting-in, such as on Georgian glazing bars, mouldings etc. Suitable for use with all solvent-borne and water-borne decorative paints.
