Ramco Mini Wallpaper Perforating Tool is for perforating vinyl wallpapers prior to wetting with wallpaper stripping solution, or steam stripper. Allows the liquid or steam to more effectively penetrate the wallcovering through the hundreds of tiny tears the tool makes in the wallpaper.
Although it looks like the spikes on the wheels might damage your plaster wall surface, actually the delibertely off-angled wheels cause the spikes to tear outwards across the wallcovering surface, rather than penetrating inwards, creating hundreds of tiny tears in the paper.
Tool is approximately 7 inches long, roller head is 2 inches wide. Ramco Mini Wallpaper Perforating Tool is sold in singles.
