Aquagene Satin is the newest development in specialist hygiene coatings offering unequalled performance and benefits. A water-based, two pack polyurethane system which has been developed and tested over several years, specifically to exceed the most stringent hygiene requirements. Aquagene is resistant to most chemicals and dries very rapidly to produce a tough durable finish with outstanding colour fastness which ensures it remains highly decorative throughout its extended life. Aquagene's easy to apply 2 coat system which is non-tainting, can normally be applied without disruption or stopping production.

- Water-based, non-tainting, low odour.
- Recommended for the highest level of performance for most hygiene areas typically hospitals, operating theatres, leisure facilities, food production or kitchen areas.
Normally applied as the finishing coats after priming with WSE Primer/Adhesion promoter (see link on right-hand side of page). If required for bare substrates, ensure surfaces are thoroughly clean and apply a test patch. The Aquagene system also includes the option of embedding a glass fibre membrane into the coating system to create a seamless, extremely strong and flexible coating.
Supplied as a base and activator in correct proportions to make 5 litres. Available in Brilliant White and a wide range of colours. Theoretical coverage up to 10 square meters per litre per coat. Practical coverage typically 8 square meters per litre per coat. Touch dry in 2 hours, hard dry in 8 hours at 20°C.
