Toupret Touprelex - Quick Fill Exterior Filler, is a light grey colour, ready to use lightweight filler, that is resin-rich for exterior use. It offers a one-application solution, with no shrinkage, which can be painted in as little as 1 hour. Ideal for quickly repairing gaps and cracks on walls before overpainting. Suitable for use on prepared plaster, cement, concrete, brick, block and stone, and previously painted surfaces.
If a second application of filler is required, it should be applied as soon as the 1st application is hard and dry to the touch. Filled surfaces must be painted with water-based masonry finish or conventional water-based exterior paint. If using polyurethane or epoxy solvent -based paints, first prime with a water-based exterior paint.
Preparation: Substrates should be properly prepared before application. They must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. Drying: Drying times quoted will be affected by the substrate porosity and moisture content, and will be extended for thicker applications, and by low temperatures and/or high humidity. Do not use when application or drying temperatures are below 5°C or above 35°C, nor when relative humidity over 80%
