Zinsser Cover Stain Primer Sealer is a fast-drying, white-pigmented oil-based primer-sealer and stain-killer for interior and exterior surfaces. Zinsser Cover Stain Primer Sealer is recommended for both previously painted surfaces and new work. It is now available in a handy Aerosol spray paint, any oil or latex paint can be applied over it.
An economical primer, Zinsser CoverStain Primer Sealer combines universal application, fast-drying, and convenient paint thinner cleanup. It is ideal for new construction and remodelling work, as well as for repainting.
