Zinsser Gardz is a high performance clear water-borne sealer, for all interior porous wall surfaces, and drywall/plaster-board. It seals and protects new drywall, filler, skim coats, plaster, wallpaper adhesive residue and previously painted chalking paint etc, penetrating and binding the substrate together, it therefore does a similar job to a water-borne stabilising solution. Use prior to wallpapering or painting.

Coverage approximately 8 square meters per litre, coverage will vary depending on the profile an porosity of the substrate. Application: Brush, Roller or HVLP/Airless Spray. Drying Time: Touch dry in a minimum of 30 minutes. Can be wallpapered or overcoated in a minimum of 3 hours. Do not use when air and surface temperatures are below 10 deg C, during application or drying stages.
Zinsser Gardz is available in a 5 Litre size can only.
