High build Zinc Phosphate Metal Primer is a quick drying (Zylene-based) high performance, rust inhibiting primer based on anti-corrosive zinc phosphate pigment in a special medium.
Specialist product suitable for use on manually / blast cleaned iron and steel substrates. Remove wax and degrease surfaces using Grax-it, or other suitable proprietory degreaser. An excellent anti-corrosive primer which is lead and chromate free.
Normally applied by airless spray for use by steel fabricators who need to be able to handle the steel almost immediately after it has been primed.
